What I Learned From Michael Masterson
Just the other day, Michael Masterson sent me an email.
And I learned a very valuable lesson which I’d like to share with you…
No matter where you are in your copywriting career … whether you’re just starting out, or you’ve been writing for years on end.
You should always be getting constant feedback on your writing. It’s the only way you’ll keep improving at a steady rate.
Make it a point to create a network of fellow copywriters and friends whose feedback is both honest and insightful.
If you don’t know where to begin, start by going to AWAI’s forums and make some friends there. Go to seminars and network. Join your local DMA (Direct Marketing Association) Chapter.
Opportunities to create your own network of trusted reviewers are everywhere. You just have to look.
Once you’ve got a group of at least two other writers, start reviewing each other’s work.
The best way to do this is through Michael Masterson’s mini review process. I do this on a daily basis here at AWAI.
Stay tuned next week, and I’ll tell you how to make the mini review process work for you… transforming your skills in half the time it normally takes.
