My Web Writing Teleseminar – In A Snapshot!

Yesterday Rebecca Matter and I held a call all about online copywriting.

It seems we went over the scheduled time by several minutes. Once I start talking about online copywriting and content writing, it’s hard to shut me up! During the call, I mentioned that the one thing that keeps online copywriting fresh for me is that the landscape is always shifting, and new opportunities are always popping up.

(If you missed the call, or part of it, you can listen to the replay here.)

Anyway, I’m writing today for a couple of reasons.

First, to clarify the broad sweep of what we were talking about.

And second, to confirm the deal we mentioned towards the end of the call.

Everything I said in a snapshot …

This is something of an executive summary of what we were talking about … just so you can “see” the whole picture set out really simply.

  • YES, the opportunities for work and good money are still growing. More and more money is being spent on marketing online, and more and more companies are now recognizing the value of trained copywriters. This really is a great time to jump in and get started.
  • YES, there is demand for all kinds of writers online, whether your “thing” is sales writing, content writing, e-newsletter writing, and so on. Whatever your gift as a writer, you can find companies who will pay well for the skills you offer.
  • YES, you’ll increase your value tremendously by learning about all aspects of writing for the Web, before you choose a profitable specialty or niche.
  • YES — and I’m not sure we actually covered this during the call — the Copywriting 2.0 program works for people who have some experience in copywriting AND for complete beginners. You don’t need previous training as a copywriter to benefit from this program.

And now for the second point …

I’m going to help you through this process, step-by-step.

Rebecca ambushed me later in the call, asking me to create a brand-new webinar on choosing your niche, and to record a video on how to build a powerful freelance website.

Do I mind when she puts me on the spot like that? (It’s not the first time!) Not at all. I know she’s going to suggest something that will really help people get the most from the program.

Here’s the deal … You get 30 days to go through the Copywriting 2.0 program, then you tune in and join me live on a webinar about choosing a profitable niche. And then you’ll get access to an all-new video presentation on creating a freelancer website that actually works. Finally, you can sign in and listen to me review your website online.

There is a ton of value in that 4-step process. But there is something else, just as important.

If you commit to the timeline, if you write in your journal or calendar that you WILL have your website up — and online copywriting business launched — in time for me to review your site … well, that’s a terrific motivator.

All too often, people take programs, learn skills, but then fail to execute. And without the execution element, you end up with nothing.

So I strongly recommend that you use this opportunity not only to learn this amazingly profitable craft, but that you also COMMIT to the timeline we have presented and launch your new business with a bang.

Finally …

In addition to this 4-step process to launch, you’ll also get a $100 DISCOUNT on the Copywriting 2.0 program if you sign up before midnight on Thursday, March 28th.

All in all, that’s a pretty nice deal.

Just think, if you take action now, you could be making money as a professional online copywriter within 60 days!

(As an online copywriter, you can earn as much as a doctor or a lawyer. But to get started in those professions costs tens of thousands of dollars and several years of study!)

That’s it for now. And I hope to see your website among those I get to review in about 60 days from now!
