Networking Opportunity: No Velvet Rope to Hold You Back

Movie premieres, hot nightclubs, and even some industry events have a “velvet rope” to separate the stars and the special people from the “common folks” …

But not AWAI’s Bootcamp.

Industry powerhouses like Carline Anglade-Cole, Sandy Franks, Nick Usborne, Ilise Benun, Steve Slaunwhite, and many more star marketers and copywriters are all accessible during the 3½-day live event.

You can strike up a conversation in the hallway between sessions, at the dinners and cocktail parties, and especially in the bar and lounge in the lobby of the Delray Beach Marriott. There’s no limit to the networking opportunities.

Despite the value of everything you’ll learn from the speakers, the most important experience you may take away from Bootcamp is what happens away from the presentations.

For example, Jon Stoltzfus introduced himself to legendary financial copywriter Clayton Makepeace one afternoon … and then used what would have been considered a friendly compliment to his advantage over the next few days.

Jon says, “I can’t imagine a more impactful conference anyone can go to for their career than Bootcamp. You don’t have the opportunity to meet marketers and get clients at anything else.” (Check out the rest of Jon’s story — it has a shocking twist. And it’s still going!)

As AWAI Co-Founder Paul Hollingshead said, “More than anything else, Bootcamp is where important contacts are made, relationships are formed, and writing deals happen.”

Put yourself in the place where you can connect directly with the experts. Careers — and lives — have been changed, all because of one conversation or piece of advice. If you’re not yet signed up for AWAI’s FastTrack to Copywriting Success Bootcamp and Job Fair, see what it’s all about.
