AWAI is Looking to Hire a Member Services Professional

American Writers & Artists Inc. (AWAI) is looking for a Member Service Professional to help us guide our members to success by providing them with personalized customer service and the direction they need to continue moving forward.

The person we’re looking for is driven by the opportunity to help people succeed. You’ll work with our members on the phone and over email by explaining in more detail what programs and services we offer, helping them register for events, assisting in the selection and ordering of training programs, resolving billing issues, and resolving general technical issues about accessing their programs. You will also be responsible for updating/modifying customer and order records, and working with other departments to communicate challenges and opportunities.

But that’s not all …

Since AWAI is a member-driven company, we will ask you to come up with ideas and strategies to improve our members’ experience with AWAI. You can’t be shy when it comes to generating ideas and sharing them with us. (This is the fun part of the job!)
