Professional Background:
I started this journey in a comic book store (the size of some businesses storage closets) by doubling their social media following and using my descriptive writing to increase their online sales by 150%. From there I started doing various projects from writing SOP for various customer service and Ecommerce accounts, customer service emails, and eventually a permanent position as an Ecommerce Account Manager. Currently I do Social Media and Ecommerce Product Copy.
Woven in between all of those was cooking, an additional comic book store, and a brief stint as an education aide for a school for special needs students.
I believe that having a diverse background allows me to easily find the voice that best reaches a target audience! Bruce Lee recommended to "be water, my friend". Meaning really, to be fluid. Adaptable. I'm not in the habit of becoming any container I'm put inside, but I do know how to mould myself to my environment and the needs of my clients. Your goals are my goals.
