  2. We are all happiest when associating with those of like mind. Thus, with each of us, drawing the individuals to write for of like mind necessitates accurate portrayal of our own, specific culture.
    A precise personal portrayal precedes permanent position placement, avoiding Peter principle or improper market positioning.
