Why conversational? Because in 21st century marketing the days of one way communication are over. It's now the age of engagement marketing.
Engagement requires starting conversations - and keeping them going. That's where I come in.
I have a marketing background that includes journalism, market research and public relations. That's helped me write newsletters, emails, advertorials, presentations, reports and feature articles, as well as speeches. Project managing promotional tours helps me understand the challenges of the event industry, a favorite niche.
I've successfully completed AWAI programs and learned from some of the best copywriters in North America.
Where have I worked? In the safari industry in Africa, for the United Nations, non-profits (WWF), a major newspaper group in Cape Town and municipal government in North Carolina.
Now I'm ready to be a full-time freelance copywriter - a conversational one.
