  1. It’s a balance to goals that are attainable.

I just started watching and this was so insightful. It’s funny you hear of goals and you set them but this is like a map. Thank you so much for your time.

  2. Rebecca and Ted, thank you for another inspiring presentation. I am committed to incorporating SMART into my life in 2022.
I think determining what is Attainable is critical. Life happens as we have experienced through the ongoing COVID pandemic. What is attainable one day might not be tomorrow. Being able to accept and realign accordingly is a skill necessary to success!

  3. Commitment to vision and the systems that support it. Measuring and recording systems that support the vision, removing those that don't. Set attainable goals that build upon each other towards bigger goals. So obvious, yet sometimes you need to hear it put another way to get that clear aha.

  4. I'm a newbie here, and still dealing with trying to get my sea legs with this without becoming frustrated. I'm working part-time and limited in how much time I can invest until I get those aforementioned sea legs. Hope that doesn't sound like an excuse. Seems reasonable to me, but I'm not fully cognizant of where I am on this road. Anyway, thanks for letting me comment.
