  1. First, Kudos to Jade and Ted. I look forward to starting my Mondays with MMJ. Jade is an excellent interviewer and Ted is a treasure.
    One truth salespeople should embrace is that nothing happens until somebody sells something. It's organic to business. Every business needs sales to exist.
    We decide what type of salesperson we will be. That comes from our culture...who we are. It takes more work to represent ourselves and our clients honestly than to shortcut the process with deception. Do the work.
